1. 2019 Fall Neighbourhood Clean-Up
Our Fall clean-up is Saturday, Oct. 5th 10:00am–Noon (rain date, Oct. 6th). We’ll meet at the basketball courts on Hayward Ave. You bring your gloves and a safety vest if you have one, and we’ll provide garbage bags and refreshments.

b. Ordinary Spokes: bike repair for all. You can tune up your bike, meet other cyclists, or purchase an affordable refurbished bike.

c. St. John’s Baby Clothes Library. A new library is set to open in St. John’s later this fall for sharing baby clothes, from size preemie to 2T. Clothes will be able to be picked up and dropped off at the St. John’s Tool Library during its hours of operation.

a. The Georgestown Café and Bookshelf, 73 Hayward Ave, 579-7134. Open 8:00am until 5:00pm from Monday to Saturday, and from 10:00am until 5:00pm on Sunday.
b. The Georgestown Bakery, 60 Hayward Ave, 753-8099. Open from Tuesday until Friday, from 7:00 until 5:30pm, and on Saturday from 7:00 until 3:00. Bagels, baguettes, breads of many varieties as well as sweets!
